*Last day to order your jersey for this season is 08/20/2025. If you don't place your order before this date we are unsure of when you will receive your jersey. Please note that all jersey manufacturing takes 2-4 weeks.

*All Jersey sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

* Jerseys will be shipped to you the week of September 8th if the order was placed by the last order date.

* Please choose which jersey set you need. A set includes a top jersey and shorts. 

Please fill out the following 

• Jersey Size. PLEASE GO 1 SIZE UP FROM WHAT YOUR CHILD CURRENTLY WEARS IN EVERYDAY SHIRT SIZE* (JERSEYS RUN SMALL)
• Player First and Last Name. Last name will be printed on the jersey. 
• Player Top 3 Jersey Numbers (We will select the jersey number you will receive from those 3)
  

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU ORDER THE INCORRECT SIZE OR SPELL THE LAST NAME WRONG. IF THIS DOES OCCUR AND ITS YOUR FAULT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE JERSEY FEE AGAIN.
