How do I place an order?

Send us an email (MintiFreshDesignCo@gmail.com) with the products your interested in. A couple things to include is your logo / design if you have one, quantity, and any sizing or other deisgn info we may need. Also include any other information you think we should know about the project.

How long does it take to receive a custom quote?

We try our best to get back to all quote request within 24
hours. In certain circumstances it may take longer.

How long are quotes valid for?

All quotes expire after 15 days.

Where do | pick up my order? Do you deliver?

We have two convenient locations you may request to pick
up from. Delivery is available at an additional fee. Fee
varies on mileage.

What is a bleed?

When the image is required to extend all the way to the
edge, bleed is needed to preserve the finished look and
the quality of the final product. Bleed must extend past the
cut-line and will be trimmed from the product during the
final cutting phase. A Bleed is typically required on all
card stock and sticker orders. May apply to other products
as well.

Should | convert my files to CMYK?

Yes. We recommend all files be sent over to us as CMYK
files. If file is not in CMYK format we will automatically
convert it for you. All products are produced in CMYK.

What is Spot UV?

Spot UV is a flat finish of a shiny layer that goes on the
exact spot where you would like your printed piece to have
an area of a high gloss coating.

What is Velvet Finish?

Velvet finish provides a matte look but a soft feeling finish.
Pairs well with a spot UV card.

What is the difference between postcards and flyers?

Postcards are made of a thicker card stock similar to
business cards. Flyers are made out of a thinner card stock
similar to paper.

What type of material are the canopies made of?

All Canopy frames are made up of 40mm hex tubing. All
Canopy tops are made of polyester, flame retardant, water
proof and UV protected fabric.
